Em Sherman is a producer, mix engineer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles, CA. Her recent collaborations include Sea Saint, Nilu, and Milck, and she’s co-produced tracks for artists such as Jamie Drake, Avi Kaplan, Marieme, and India Carney. Her recent placements include a cover of “Owner of a Lonely Heart” featured in Grey’s Anatomy and “Games People Play” in the Netflix series Bet. 

 A 2015 graduate of Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Production & Engineering, Em got her start at The Village and Atlantic APG, where she gained hands-on experience assisting on major label sessions, coordinating studio workflows, and supporting high-profile clients. In 2020, Em joined producer AG’s team and quickly immersed herself in the world of music for film and TV. Since then, she’s supported a wide range of AG’s projects, contributing to production, arrangement, and the unique demands of music for picture. She also works with AG’s band, The Rescues, as a production assistant on The Lost Boys — a new musical set to premiere on Broadway in 2026.

Em loves helping artists bring their vision to life, tailoring her approach to each project while ensuring the music stays true to its emotional core. Above all, she values trust, intention, and collaboration— the foundation for creating music that’s worth hearing.
