Em Sherman is a producer, mix engineer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles, CA. Her recent collaborations include Sea Saint, Milck, BELLSAINT, and jaybird. Her recent placements include Grey’s Anatomy (ABC), Bet (Netflix), High Potential (ABC), and All American (CW). 

 A 2015 graduate of Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Production & Engineering, Em got her start at The Village and Atlantic APG, where she gained hands-on experience assisting on major label sessions, coordinating studio workflows, and supporting high-profile clients. As a mix and production assistant for producer and songwriter AG, she supported a wide range of projects, contributing to production, arrangement, and the unique demands of music for picture. Emily was a production assistant and assistant engineer on the Tony winning musical The Lost Boys which premiered on Broadway in 2026, and is credited as an additional orchestrator on The Family Album, a new musical that premiered at La Jolla Playhouse in August 2026.

Em loves helping artists bring their vision to life, tailoring her approach to each project while ensuring the music stays true to its emotional core. Above all, she values trust, intention, and collaboration, which she sees as the foundation for creating music that’s worth hearing.
